| MONGOLIA IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF THE NOMADS My debut exhibition (supported by World Expeditions), a photographic exploration of Mongolia’s remote far west and select locations in the Gobi Desert and Terelj National Park (see closing night photos). 23/02/2012 - 01/03/2012 Matt Irwin Gallery, Melbourne. 04/06/2012 - 10/06/2012 TAP Gallery, Sydney. 09/07/2012 - 23/07/2012 West Gippsland Arts Centre, Warragul. ------ BOORUN'S CANOE A cultural arts collaboration between Steaphan Paton and myself that ensured the passing on of traditional Gunai/Kurnai Aboriginal canoe building knowledge from a lead elder (Uncle Albert Mullett) to young generations of Aboriginal men in his family. The project received an arts grant from the City of Melbourne and was acquired by Bunjilaka, the Melbourne Museum’s Aboriginal Cultural Centre in 2012.
