Two images from my personal film work: Starship Flemington & Flemington Bridge are for sale as open edition prints in support of Moving Feast Victoria’s food security response helping Victoria’s most vulnerable during the Covid-19 crisis.

Never more visibly than in Melbourne’ public housing in recent weeks, Covid-19 has highlighted pre-pandemic inequalities across Melbourne. Estimates suggest up to 10% of the population will need food assistance over the coming months.

In response Moving Feast Victoria (via Chuffed) are raising $3M to produce and deliver over 50,000 culturally appropriate emergency meals and gardening starter kits for the state's most vulnerable. They've already delivered thousands of meals to Melbourne's inner city towers in the last fortnight and are saving hundreds of hospitality jobs at the same time.

The prints Starship Flemington and Flemington Bridge are 35mm film photographs I took around the Flemington towers when I lived in the area. They are hand titled and initialled, A2 size (59.4x42cm) pigment-based prints on archival cotton rag. 

Thanks to printing support from Image Science, 100% of the sale price on the first 5 sold will be donated to Moving Feast Victoria's food security program. 

I will donate 100% of sale price minus (modest) print costs on all sales thereafter and announce the total raised at the end of August.
